In my opinion the intact hymen is considered as a sign of not having intercourse.
It is not obsolute because hymenoplasty can be done.
In this image you provided it appears like intact hymen.
But without a physical examination we cannot confirm.
So I suggest you for an examination with a gynaecologist.
Diagnosis based on image is not possible in your condition.
