Brief Answer: PCOS Detailed Answer: Hi, I read your query and I understand your concerns. Following is my reply: 1) You seem to be having a condition called polycystic ovary also called PCO. In this condition you have multiple eggs in each ovary. 2) Your doctor has given predmet tablet for PCO as these are more follicles and there is insulin resistance in women with PCO. Hence this tablet is preferred though you dont have diabetes. 3) A repeat scan is needed to check if ovulation has occurred. 4) If there is one mature egg, one egg only will be released. Hence no worry about multiple pregnancy. I hope I clarified your doubts. Let me know if you have any more questions. Regards, Dr. Mahesh Koregol IVF & Infertility Specialist

Brief Answer: Yes Detailed Answer: Hi After inj it takes about 36 hours for egg to rupture. Therefore you can have intercourse around 36 hours after inj. Evion 400 is to support pregnancy. You can take these tablets. Get your husband's semen analysis and HSG for yourself in next cycle if you dont conceive this cycle. Let me know if you have any more questions.
