Brief Answer:
YES, YOU CAN USE SOME KIT OR DEVICE.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

You can use I- Know ovulation kit if you have regular period. It has five strips and you can use everyday in morning from day 11 of last period date.

Another device called OvuSense Fertility Monitor, can be used to track ovulation. It can detect or predict ovulation 24 hrs in advance. You can use this regularly from day 11 to day 18 to get best result.

Hope, I have answered your query. Feel free to ask any other queries you have.

Regards,
Dr S Patra
