How To Confirm If The Hymen Is Intact Or Not?

The hymen is very different for every woman
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for the question.
I completely understand what you are asking. The hymenal ring is a thin rim of skin just at the opening of the vagina. In some women, it actually is a complete block of the opening and this is called an 'imperforate hymen'. In these extreme cases, it requires surgery to open up the vagina by removing the part of the hymen that is blocking the opening.
Everyone has a different appearance to the opening of the vagina and the appearance of they hymen. In fact, you CANNOT look at the hymen and tell if someone has had intercourse or not - in other words, there is no 'virginal test'. Someone cannot look at the vagina and say whether you have had intercourse or not.
Also, just inserting tissue during your period will NOT change the hymen from they way it has always appeared since you went through puberty. You have done nothing wrong and you have not affected your anatomy in any way that anyone could possibly accuse you of having had intercourse before if you have not.
Does this help?
