Brief Answer:
You can wait for two days, ultrasound after two weeks to rule out incomplete abortion
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
I would suggest you to wait for 24 hour or so, abortion has started which is evident from the bleeding, it may take some more time, so you can wait.
It will be easier if you mention the dates of last menstrual period, these agents are effective before 7 weeks of gestation.
I would suggest you to see OBG specialist after two days, and do visit immediately if you have severe pain abdomen and vomiting.
I also will advice you to go for ultrasound scan after two weeks of consumption of drug, to rule out any incomplete abortion.
Take care.
