It would have been good if I was aware of the patient age as well as the complete lipid profile report.

If the patient has various other risk factors of cardiovasular disease including age, I will consider starting atorvastatin drugs to control a high cholesterol value.
However, if there are no other risk factors involved, I will suggest a dietary change - low fat/low oil and low carbohydrate diet along with physical exercise to control cholesterol values.
