How To Control Cholesterol Levels?

Question: I found out this morning that my cholesterol is at 260. HDL 70 and LDL 157. I dont smoke, am not overweight (58 kgs) I am 65 years old, and I eat as healthy as I can. Is there a chance for me to regulate it with a better diet?
