Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and reviewed your reports.

As per the reports, triglycerides levels and LDL levels ( cholesterol) are on higher side but total cholesterol to HDL level is within normal limits.

So considering these levels, instead of starting medications immediately, I would suggest to try low fat diet and exercise for 3 months and repeat lipid profile after 3 months.

In low fat diet, avoid oily fatty foods, bakery items, junk foods.

Kindly do daily 30 to 40 mins of aerobic or cardio exercise. Try to reduce weight if you are obese.

For low vit. D level, you can take cap. D rise 60000 units once a week for 8 weeks after physician consultation.

Hope I have answered your query. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam XXXXXXX
