My name is hazim and i am an IT engineer. I am writing my two concerns which are a top priority for me currently.
1. I am facing hairfall issue everyday. I keep my hair short but i am sson going to get married thru which i cant bald my head. First thing i am having flakes , dandruff, inchy scalp. I used clobetasol ,ketoconazole, fungul tablets and recently i used Candid tv by glenmark company shampoo which has made my situation worse. i dont know what to do now, because this thing is giving me such a hard time right now i am fearing going bald because i can see my scalp now , almost more than 100 hair come out once i touch my hair. Do you want me to take some tablets for hair or some thing or can you prescribe me something which can stop my hairfall effectively.

2. i am having Patches of darker skin are the result of increased melanin on my ankle, elbow, neck (recently happened). could you suggest me some medication for it.

3. I am having smelly feet when i wear socks. i have left wearing socks but i want to get rid of it.

Brief Answer:
Xerina

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up and photographs.
The dark patches appear to be frictional dermatitis.
Apply xerina cream twice daily for a month.

For the dandruff and hairfall issue use the following.
1. Apply Noskurf lotion in night over your scalp like oil.
2. In morning wash with Sebowash shampoo.
Do this twice a week for 12 weeks.

For smelly feet apply Aldry lotion daily in night on both the soles.

Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Follihair

Hello
Dandruff also causes hair fall, so it is important to take care of dandruff.
You can take follihair tablet daily one for three months.
This will strengthen your hair roots.
