How To Cope Up With Nexito LS Side Effects?

Question: Hi Sir,

Good Morning!!
My Name Is XXXXXXX from India.
Two years ago I went to senor Psychiatrist about my problem.
i.e OCD and Unable to travel long journeys and fearing about accidents and panic attacks.
Actually I feel like this after I bared some health issues.

Any way The doctor prescribed the NEXITO LS tablets and Prolol TR 40 mg.
I used Prolol 40 mg for 6 months. and I stopped it.
But from 2 years onwards I am using Nexito LS tablets daily at Night time .

Now I found some side effects about this.
1.Drastic Weight Gain
2.Decrease the sexual Thoughts.Erection is very late.
I am planning to take marriage. I am fearing about it.
From 2 months onwards I am finding these side effects. Before That I had very huge sexual thoughts. Huge wants about sex.Now Its very less.
I am worrying about it.Please concern my problem sir.

Can I stop Nexito LS.
Is it really the problem for less sexual feelings.Please answer and concern my problems..

Thanks for your query.

yes, around 1 to 10% of people on Nexito LS can present with weight gain and loss/decrease of libido (sexual desire).

Stopping medication is the only way to regain the previous health but it may result in rebound increase in your symptoms of OCD. You may have to be put on other milder medication for OCD while you stop Nexito LS. Also the Nexito should be stopped with tapering dosage over a week or two two avoid withdrawal effects.

If I stopped for 1 weak .I am not getting sleep.So Am I consult any doctor before I stop .Is there any procedure to stop sir.
