Brief Answer:
Ketoconazole shampoo is the best for sebcapitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The following are treatment options for seborrheic capitis :
1)hair wash weekly twice or thrice
2)First try a mild corticosteroid cream, foam, ointment or oil (Scalpicin Scalp Itch) on affected areas, keeping it away from the eyes
2) if that doesn't work, use ketoconazole shampoo(nizoral) for 6 weeks.
3) make sure that shampoo is completely rinsed from your scalp.
4)Don't use styling products. Stop using hair sprays, gels and other styling products while you're treating the condition.
5)For face and body, Topical antifungals include ciclopirox, ketoconazole or sertaconazole. These products, available in creams, foams or gels, are usually applied to the affected areas twice daily for up to eight weeks and then as needed.
If your problem still persists, please do contact a dermatologist.
Hope I have answered your question. Please let me know if you need further assistance. Thank you.
Take care.
