How To Cure Overdose Of Domstal ?
Question: Hi doctor. My baby is 3 months old. Yesterday he was spitting a lot of milk so due to some confusion we gave domstal baby drop.. 2 doses of 0.3 ML each. His weight is 5.5 kgs.. Pls let me know is anything needed to be done of this overdose??

Hi. It is 10 MG per ML.. we gave a total of 0.6-0.7 ML yesterday . Thats about it. Have not given it after that

I agree that this is a higher dose, but if your baby is normal and sleeping no need to worry about this. I will let you know that Red flag signs or danger signs when you need to worry and get the child to the nearest Emergency Room or pediatrician.
1. Extreme deviation of the angle of the mouth to one side.
2. Baby looking to one side with face squeezed to one side.
3. Involuntary repetitive movements of the upper limit and lower Limbs without control.
4. Tonic posturing of the body in rigid position of the body or the limbs.

Ok doctor thanks. No such signs yet thankfully. He is just a bit cranky since today morning.slept well last night. Nothing to worry right? Just concerned.
