How To Detect Metastatic Squamous Cell Carcinoma?
Question: My father has Squamous Cell Carcinoma a very serious case of it because he elected no treatment. He's 82 yrs old with other issues. So it started on the top of his head and has spread to other areas of the scalp, face and his hands. Does this mean it has metastasized and has gone through a lymph node?

So is there an estimate as to how long someone would have left to live once it has gone this far? I can also tell you that you now can see the bone of his skull on the top of his head. It's small but it's there. I realize no one has the golden card but I'm trying to prepare things.
Brief Answer:
6 months to 1 and a half year
Detailed Answer:
I can’t tell you about the exact time someone with metastasized squamous cell carcinoma can live but the survival is usually between 6 months to 1 or 1and a half year.
