I got my period on 27th may. My monthly cycle avg 30-35 days. We are planning to have intercourse on 10th XXXXXXX please let me know chances of conceiving and also best dates in XXXXXXX for intercourse to get pregnancy.

Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Since you had your periods starting on 27 th May, which is considered day one of your menstrual cycle, 10 th XXXXXXX will be day 15 th of your menstrual cycle, and intercourse on this date has fair chance of conception. Your cycle being 30-35 days, the fertile period will range from Day 12 to day 25 of your menstrual cycle. This means that your fertile period in XXXXXXX will be from dates 7 th to 20 th. You should have unprotected intercourse every alternate day in this period to maximize the chances of conception.
The chance of conception in each menstrual cycle is 20 - 25%.
Moreover, I would suggest you to start taking folic acid tablet daily as taking it in preconceptional period decreases the risk of congenital anomalies in the fetus.
