
How To Determine Ovulation While On Duphaston?

Question: Hello,
I was advised from my GYN in XXXXXXX I was diagnosed with a mild case of PCOS and my period was fluctuating around 42 days. I have been on Duphaston for the past few months (taking one 10mg from the 16th- 28th day of my cycle, making my cycle 31 days. What days would my husband and I need to try to conceive?

pl do an ultrasound follicular study from day 10 or 11 of periods till ovulation. This will determine if you have regular egg formation or not. it will also give you fertile days. Hope it's clear

This was all performed, all was normal except the irregular period. It makes it difficult to After that Duphaston was prescribed. I just want to know the ovulation calculators and when to try?

The ovulation day is cycle length minus 14

this works if you have regular cycles. regulating cycles with duphaston doesn't help. you can calculate fertile period by cycle length minus 14. then on either side of that day 5 days are ok where one should mate alternately. ovulation urine kits like I know are available. they are all vague. best to have I c about thrice a ek thru out the cycle other than periods time. hope it clarifies...
