Brief Answer:
According to dates you should be 12 weeks pregnant

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM,

From what I am understanding, since you have had sex on 22 Feb, means that the conception has happened around that day, so the first day of last menstrual should have been on 8 Feb 2015, right?

So, with these dates you should be around 12 weeks now, and due to birth on 15 Nov.

If you were 8 weeks now, means the conception has happened 4 weeks after you are telling that you had sex for the last time.

-- So, you either have had sex almost 1 month after the date you are giving above (22 Feb).
-- If you are sure that you haven't had sex after 22 Feb, then I would recommend to consider repeating the ultrasound, because either the bavby is 12 weeks or is not developing well.

Hope this is helpful. Let me know if you need any more clarification. I would be happy to answer.

Take care,
Dr. Papaqako.

my boyfriend and I live in different state because of him being in the military. I left early the 23 feb, 2015 to go back to work in XXXXXXX he works on the airforce base in XXXXXXX la but the 22nd of feb, 2015 the last day we had sex and the first was on the 13th I was over for vacation. could stress cause the baby to be small? im a groomer and being away from him and the stress of dumb dogs combined real gets to me plus im bipolar but haven't taken my meds since we started trying almost 6 months prior to me getting pregnant, so is it the stress that's causing it. I also miscarried about a year ago at about 8 weeks.

Brief Answer:
No, stress its not a direct cause. Consider repeating Ultrasound.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again dear,

You don't need to worry about it.
Consider repeating the ultrasound in about two weeks. The doctor would have to compare the ultrasound you did these days with the one you are going to do, and check how the baby is growing.

Its good that you are not using your medicines, because they may have had a lot of side effects to the baby.
If you are healthy and doing regular follow-ups with your family doctor about the pregnancy, then will all be ok. Sometimes, a second ultrasound is needed to predict for the sure the age of the baby, depending on the organ development.

Stress is not a factor that causes directly problems to the development of the baby, and its also something that we can not fully avoid.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you have further questions.

Take care,
Dr. Papaqako
