Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
If your ultrasound shows a gestational age of 6 weeks + 5 days as on 17th July 2015, then the date of conception is either 1st or 2nd of XXXXXXX 2015.
your last menses may have been between 16th -20th may 2015.

so not 13 th XXXXXXX
Brief Answer:
answered
Detailed Answer:
NO, as the gestational age is already 6 weeks , the date of fertilisation of the embryo would be 1/2 XXXXXXX 2015 and not 13 XXXXXXX , else the ultrasound age CRL would have corresponded to 4 weeks + 3/4 days.

I have another doctor saying 14th because mechines take from last day of cycle is this true I'm confused
Brief Answer:
whats your LMP?
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
the hadlock system of calculation used by usg shows two dates ...one according to last menstrual period and the other with the actual ultrasonological age according to the crown rump length.
When was your last menstrual period?
It is important to calaculate the actual gestational age as of today...because practically only LMP is taken as a guide to calculate period of geatation.
regards.

I don't no my last period date I took the morning after pill on the 15june so unsure if that has not worked or I was already pregnant scan says ga 6 w5days crl 0.79
Brief Answer:
answered
Detailed Answer:
Okay. Now if the Crl approx age is 6 weeks + 5 days then its the actual day from fertilization whicis 47 days from now and its 1st XXXXXXX 2015. IT is likely that you were pregnant before taking the morning after pill and hence instead of preventing conception, the high dose progesterone in the pill further supported the pregnancy to grow and continue.
So its fact that your LMP would have been 16th - 19 th may....as your ovulation would have occurred only after 14 days from lmp which is when you conceived. (1/ 2 XXXXXXX )
I hope its much clearer now.
Regards
