How To Determine The Date Of Conception?

Question: I had my period March 10,15 then I had sex with this guy March 29,15 I was worried I might have gotten pregnant so I took a test and it came out negative. April 10th came and I believe it was period that came it was so weird it was normal the first day but then the next couple of days it was on and off but I did wear a Tampon cause it was enough to leak through. Then the week of April 20-28 I had sex with another guy my ex boyfriend and then my period never came I didn't get any signs of bleeding in May . I went to the doctors XXXXXXX 17 and I was 8 weeks pregnant and my due date is January 26,16. I'm worried could the baby be the March guys baby? I'm currently 14 weeks.

So do you think it's possible it could the March guys baby at all? I know a paternity test would be best but I'm trying to avoid that to be honest. I don't want my boyfriend to know about the XXXXXXX guy
