I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. If there is normal 28 days cycle then one normally conceives on 14/15th day of cycle. The measurements can be +-7days(1 week) because one can not determine exactly the day of conceiving. In your case if we calculate from today(18th July 2015) then appx date of conception would be between 13-15th XXXXXXX 2015.
