Question: Hello. I have a question for you.
If I had my period on march 10th, and had unprotected sex every weekend after that, the last encounter being on march 31rst, where he didn't orgasm and I took the morning after pill 8 hrs later. Then 5 days later on April 5th, I took an at home pregnancy test and was positive. Then on April 18th, has a dating ultrasound where they dated me 5 weeks and 4 days. What is the chance that it was the march 31rst encounter?

I think it is quite clear from your history that March 31st encounter is not likely to produce a 5 weeks & 4 days pregnancy on 18th April. It makes just 2 weeks & 4 days from 31st March to April 18th.
First trimester ultrasounds are very reliable for dating a pregnancy & this is an additional support to our understanding. There is only a slight possibility of error of not more than 5 days.
In addition you took morning after pills within 72 hours & he did not ejaculated in you.

Can't you explain if it was march 31rst on April 18th army ultrasound would have been 2 weeks 4 days?!?
And I have bad morning sickness throwing up everyday. Will my nurse give me nausea medicine?!

Morning is a sign of normal pregnancy & if it is bothering you much & you are unable to tolerate food, you may request your nurse practitioner to give you nausea medicines.
