How To Determine The Expiry Date Of Zoloft?

Question: I just finisihed moving and found an old 60 day supply of zoloft. I take 1 100 mg per day. These are 6 years old. Are they still good to take?

Drug products marketed in most of countries typically have an expiration that extends from 12 to 60 months from the time of manufacture. Manufacturers usually mention the date of expiration over the drugs strips or bottles. If these drugs are 6 years old, may be they have lost their potency till date.
