I have read your query and reviewed the pictures you uploaded.

I am sorry to say that it is almost impossible to determine the gender of the fetus in mother's womb from just ultrasonic pictures rather it will require complete ultrasound scan and during scanning,the radiologist/sonologist will be able to tell you the exact gender of the fetus.

However,in some countries (like India),it is a punishable offense since it is a crime to determine the gender of developing fetus inside mother's womb for both. (to couples who seek determinations and to a doctor who discloses it)

The law is Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Regulation and Prevention of Misuse) Act, 1994 (PNDT) which was amended in 2003 to The Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition Of Sex Selection) Act (PCPNDT Act).
