How To Determine The Paternity Of The Fetus?

Question: Had sex with her on 11-1-15 I did not ejaculate in her I pulled out. Also before our encounter was finished I did put on a spermicidal Trojan condom briefly and didn't do anything in the condom and finished. She told me on 4-1-16 she was 5 1/2 months pregnant she also had another partner she was sexually active with durning that time frame. Can I rule out myself as the potential father.

I am not sure on what she based her 5 1/2 months on if it was an ultrasound are the acurrate at that stage? Concerning the spericidal condom, would it have killed any precum if it contained sperm. Thanks

At 5 and half months there can be a discrepancy of 2 weeks so making the exact date assessment very difficult.
Only if she remembers her October date of periods then we can extrapolate her pregnancy to a vague period of 4-7 days which is inturn possible only if her periods were regular.
So frankly just by ultrasound and history it cannot be assigned to a particular date,
And in my opinion you must have not deposited any sperm in her vagina competent enough to cause pregnancy but that is a practical point seeing the sequence of events, surity cannot be assigned to any contraceptive method.
So as I told you paternity analysis is the only sure shot method.
