How To Differentiate Anxiety From An Infection?

Differentiation explained below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
An infection almost always is related to fever, starts gradually, and first symptoms are noted on the system it affects first ( respiratory tract infection for example results in coughing, breathing problems, high temperature etc., urinary tract infection results in difficult urination, burning sensation, fever etc.).
If untreated, an infection progresses, if treated resolves in days to few weeks.
Anxiety is triggered by different situations, doesn't cause fever, may result in nonspecific symptoms such pain or tingling in different areas of the body, headaches, breathing problems, increased heart rate etc.
Please describe your symptoms in details , in order to understand better your condition.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Greetings.
