Brief Answer:
Could be Biceps tendinosis
Detailed Answer:
Hi ,
I have read all your complaints-to me it appears to be a case of Bicipital Tendinosis ( an inflammation in Biceps Tendon near the elbow).
Confirmation of the diagnosis is done either by good quality Ultrasound of MRI of the (R) Arm.
In the meantime I suggest you start pain killers , local heat with hot water or Hot Pads, and local pain killer cream. Avoid weight lifting also.
If you don't feel better in 7-10 days , consult an Orthopedic Surgeon in your vicinity, for direct examination and treatment.
Thanks for the question. I hope to have answered your query. Please feel free to ask any other question.
Thanks.

Dr - thank you. It does seem to me a correct diagnosis. I will give the right arm some rest and not do strenuous exercise for some time and hope to see some improvement. I do feel somewhat better.
What surprised me most was that I don't remember any actual trauma to the arm.
