Brief Answer:
You might want to maintain the same weight. Why? Read on...
Detailed Answer:
Hi!
It is not necessary to gain weight.
Every person has a certain weight, that is normal.
This target weight can be found out if the height of the person is divided by the
weight.
This gives a ratio called as BMR. Basal Metabolic Ratio.
If BMR is within the right range, as can be gauged and measured by yourself, then 52 kilos is the weight you are supposed to be.
You might want to go to a gym to convert those 52 kilos into pure muscle.
Indeed, many sportspersons compete in this weight category.
I would suggest isometric exercises as the best option for you.
This is a medically proven fact.

Brief Answer:
Turn your weight into your strength. It's an advantage.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXx,
I am Dr. Neel Kudchadkar and I will solve your problem easily.
First, you mention that your weight has been the same for 10 years with some changes, yet returning to 52 kgs. This is a medical fact that some persons naturally have got a weight in this region and it is healthy for them. This is the basis of the BMI metabolic ratio, that is calculated by dividing your height by weight. Now, weigh yourself and measure your height with a tape standing erect.
The quotient of this division should be between =< 21.
So, I feel that 52 kilos is quite good and has no relationship with your age of 26.
In fact, 99% of people are trying their best to come down to such a weight (@BMI) and are spending time, money and energy to do so.
You will not be bothered about your weight, I strongly feel, if you develop a muscular physique by training in a gym with weights. So, let us turn that into a
well built 52 kilos.
I suggest that you go to a gym and train hard, 2 things will happen.
1. You will develop a good muscular physique.
2. You will feel good that you have a perfect 52 kilo muscled body, so the weight will not bother you.
3. Your body will make more testosterone.
4. You will become self confident. Your self worth will increase. Your self image will improve.
5. This is a fact. It is true. Imagine yourself in this position of personal power now. It feels good, doesn't it?
Feel free to write back to me and clarify doubts, if you do not understand something.
I am open to your questions.
