Blemishes are caused due to increases in melanin pigment in particular areas of skin.
you need to apply a skin lightening cream.
Various creams are available.
some of these are melalite, lookbrite etc.
you can use any of them.use these creams in night and apply a sunscreen in day.
The sun screen must have spf of 30 +
