Brief Answer:
let me explain

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Since your job profile is like public relation and getting fatigue at the end of the day is most common.
Ultimately everybody will get tiredness and fatique after a 10 hours work pattern as like yours.
As your body mass index shows you are overweight. Try to avoid junk foods, deep fried fatty food.
Add more fiber type vegetables like okra,cucumber,brinjal,green leafy vegetables and fruits like pomegranate, papaya etc. Prefer Steamed food .try to avoid half-baked and roasted type of foods.
Take timely food and avoid fulling the stomach.
General stretching exercise will help to circulate blood throughout the body. Since your job is sedentary we don’t use most of the other parts of our body.practising regular exercise and yoga in morning will keep you energetic the whole day.
I didn’t find any abnormality in your fatigue. It is a normal one. A person working for more than 10 hours a day needs at least 7 hours sleep to get out of brain fatigue and both body and mind deserve it for refreshment.

Hope I answered your query. Kindly get back to me for any other clarification

Regards
Dr.S.Senthilnathan
