Brief Answer:
You may stop pills

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

You had ectopic pregnancy 3 months back. That is the reason you were asked not to get pregnant for 3 months and you were put on pills.

Unfortunately symptoms you had were side effects of the different pills you tried. After assessing your situation I suggest you to stop all the pills because its already been 3 months since your ectopic pregnancy.

You can try for pregnancy now and hope for successful pregnancy.

If you still wish to continue contraceptive cover you can opt for condoms for your husband for another month.

But its safe to try for pregnancy now.

Brief Answer:
It is safe to get pregnant

Detailed Answer:
Hi

You have some wrong information. Let me clarify it and give right information.

PCOS has high levels of estrogens and not low. Hence you don't need to add estrogens. So taking pills is neither solution nor cure for PCOS.

There is no need to fear for getting pregnant. In fact getting pregnant will be difficult as you had been operated for ectopic and lost tube on that side. Hence trying earliest is best option.

It is safe to get pregnant now and no risks.
