Brief Answer:
Known side effect of Lobate (clobetasol) so kindly consult a dermatologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for writing into health care magic.
This is Dr.Riyanka, glad to answer your query.

Lobate 0.05% is a Clobetasol Propionate (steroidal ointment) used for mixed bacterial and fungal infections.

It is common side effect of steroid ointments and called as Steroid acne. It most often occurs on the chest but may also develop on the face, neck, back and arms.It occurs in people with high levels of circulating corticosteroids.

I suggest you consult a dermatologist . Probably he might give you topical anti acne drugs and systemic medicines like:
1. Antibiotics like Doxycycline 100mg (provided you are not allergic to it).
2. Ask your doctor about using retinoids (Vitamin A)i.e, oral isotretinoin to heal
your acne since it clears pores and prevents inflammatory acne.
3. Zinc supplement can reduce the effects of acne.

Supportive treatment:

1. Keep your face clean by washing your skin at least one to two times a day with a cleanser such as soap.
2. Use cosmetics which dont have extra oils.

I dont think it is easy to clear it in one day. These red bumps will remain until you use lobate 0.05% ointment. However, suddenly stopping usage of strong topical steroids have adverse effects. Therefore, kindly consult a dermatologist.

The other medicines tried by you are :
nadibact cream 1% and cepodem xp 350 are antibiotics
vizylac - lactic acid
xyzal - antiallergic drug

If there are any more clarifications kindly write back to me.

You will get well soon. Please don't worry.
Thank you,
Dr.Riyanka
