Brief Answer:
A psychiatric/dermatologist consultation is needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.

Dear XXXXXXX
Your problem is you feel that you donot look good because of stitch marks and dark circles on your face. This is making you depressed.

I can understand your concerns.

Such concerns about looks which lead to depressed feelings are suggestive of 'body dysmorphia'.

Not that you are suffering from any disorder, but i think you are worrying excessively about your appearence. These thoughts have become repetetive and intrusive, causing concentration problems.

I think you must consult a psychiatrist (donot hesitate to do that). Psychological treatment like cognitive behaviour therapy will help to modify your thoughts and help you think positive.

If need be, low dose of antidepressants like escitalopram or sertraline would be prescribed to lift your mood and improve concentration.

A dermatologist can help you with treatment of dark circles and the scar marks.

Hope this helps.

Thanka Doctor. Do you have a reference of some good plastic surgeon to discuss about the stitch marks?
