Question: HI , I have a very dry skin in my intimate area which makes me feel very irritated. The skin is so dry that there are blood marks while I peel the skin .. Have tried applying Hair oil but no use.

Thanks for the follow up and photographs.
It appears to be scrotal dermatitis a type of allergy.
Apply desonide lotion 0.05 % daily in night for 15 days and Cetaphil moisturizer in morning.
Use Zyndet soap while taking bath.
This should help you.
