Question: I am 24 years old. from 16 yrs age i have pimples till last year. From last year my pimples reduced significantly but pimple dark spots and scars are left. my face is filled potholes type some grunts marks like boxscars. please suggest creams to reduce dark spots and potholes on my face. please suggest good diet for reducing dark pimple spots.

Depiwhite and sunscreen

Hello
Thanks for the photographs.
You have superficial and deep scar and pigmentation over face.
Use depiwhite cream in night and suncros 50 sunscreen in morning.
This will take care of superficial pigmentation and scars.
Once the superficial scars resolve, you can start using tretinoin 0.025 % cream in night and sunscreen in morning.
This will take care of the deeper scars.

You can use depiwhite on oily skin.
Use it for at least 3 months.
You can avoid sunscreen while at home as sunscreens are thick and can cause blockade of pores.
Use suncot sunscreen instead of suncros.
It is water based hence would be suitable for oily skin.
