Question: I used to chew tobacco , but now not.
I would like to maintain whiter and stronger teeth.

Hi

Thanks for writing in.

Its good that you have stopped tobacco.
Now you need to go for scaling for clean teeth. If you want whiter teeth then go for bleaching.But bleaching may cause sensitivity hence its better to go for only scaling.
Do regular brushing twice a day & use 0.2% chlorhex mouthwash for maintaining good hygiene.
Also include citrous fruits in your diet like amla, orange in your diet to have stronger teeth.
Visit your dentist for scaling & polishing.
