Brief Answer:
Instruction to find crabs at home with symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The best way to check if you have crabs at home are to carefully look at your pubic region either with your naked eye or using a magnifying glass. The pubic lice will look like crabs, and there will be small clumps of white dots towards the lower end of the hair (which are their eggs).

The symptoms experienced with crabs/pubic lice are:

+Mild fever
+Itching (sometimes intense)
+Feeling low and tired
+Irritability

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.

I don't see pubic lice with the naked eye. I also don't have any of the symptoms you mentioned except the itching. It almost looks like a mild rash that I've had under my knees when I was deployed after receiving a small pox shot. It's just weird that it would be on my testicles. Any other recommendations?

Brief Answer:
If only itch in scrotal region, can suspect yeast infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

So the itching and the area in speaking is the region of your scrotum? But the rash in speaking is only below your knees?

If the itching is present on your scrotal region, it could be related to a number of condition, a fungal infection being most likely. I would recommend the following the help soothe the scrotal itch:

+Remove hair from the region
+Keep the region dry and clean at all times
+Change your inner wear at least twice a day
+Use a topical cream (e.g. clotrimazole) to be applied over the region twice a day
+Avoid all forms of sexual contact including masturbation

Please keep in touch with me so I know your response to the suggestions listed above. And also write back to me with a more clear description of your symptoms and their locations.

Best wishes.
