Brief Answer:
They are Hymenal tags

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
I saw the photos. The slightly triangular shaped projections on the left side( 4 o'clock position) and posteriorly ( 6 o'clock position) are Hymenal tags.
I hope this helps.
If you have further concerns, do write to me.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama

I attached one more picture. Does everything appear to be normal and nothing for concern, even the bumps that are longer and protruding?

Brief Answer:
Details below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
In my opinion it appears normal.
The elongated tiny bumps at 6 o'clock position probably appear so because of the close up photo.
A very small possibility that it could be beginning of wart formation. Fix an appointment with your GP for examination. That will clarify things. It s not clear in the photo.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama

Is it possibe it could be vestibula papillomatosis?r
doctor
Answered by Dr. Ramadevi Wani (4 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Biopsy and acetic acid test differentiate between warts and papillomatosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

It most likely could be vestibular papillomatosis which is a normal anatomical variation.
Since the structures at 6 o' clock position seem to have common base, it could be beginning of wart. Biopsy and acetic acid testing by your GP/Gynecologist can differentiate between the two.

I hope this helps.
If you have further concerns, do write to me.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama
