How To Identify Implantation Bleeding?
Question: My age is 35 years. I got married in Feb this year but has not conceived so far. So I had undergone follicular monitoring test and on the 14 the day of my period, the ovulation took place. I had sex on the 13th day and twice after ovulation within 24 hours. There were 2 eggs. One of bigger size and one smaller. But yesterday I had little blood discharge and today also there was some. Yesterday was my 22nd day of the cycle and today is 23rd day. Is it period or something else? I have also become very weak and could even walk for few minutes though I m taking good care of my diet. Kindly suggest what to do.
Brief Answer:
implantation bleeding
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam I understand your health concerns.
This slight discharge is most probably implantation bleeding and thus a good news but can't be confirmed until you get your periods or miss them.
But implantation bleeding is the most probable reason and thus take good care of diet and rest.
All the best.

How long does implantation bleeding last? I mean for how many days? Because today in the morning there was no spot. But in the evening I noticed some dim coloured spot when I wiped it through tissue paper.
Brief Answer:
1-3 days
Detailed Answer:
Usually it lasts from 1-3 days but at times just for a few hours.
So nothing to worry about. Wait for the good news to be documented by pregnancy test.
Take care.

It is my 28th day today and my back is severely aching and I am having cramps as in PMS. However I am completely on rest. But with the symptoms I fear I might not menstruate.there is no bleeding.
Brief Answer:
wait for missed periods
Detailed Answer:
Most conclusive evidence of pregnancy is missed periods so best is to wait till the date of your periods and do a urine pregnancy test.
This backache can be seen in PMS and pregnancy both so that is not at all an evidence per se.
Just take rest and hope for the best.

Today there was bleeding and cramp. I guess it is period or should I still go for pregnancy test. If I m not pregnant what is future course of action as this was the best time. Follicular monitoring test was also done. Should I go for IUI? How helpful it would be? Please suggest.
Also to mention that my husband is having ejaculation problem so he used to ejaculate by masturbation and penetrate inside my organ. His sperm liquefaction time is 50 minute so I used to keep pillow on my back and leg upwards as semen used to ooze out after few minutes from vagina. Please suggest the roadmap ahead.

Brief Answer:
follicular study with IUI
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, first do a urine pregnancy test and see for the result.
In case positive then visit your gynecologist for further pregnancy management.
In case negative then opt for follicular study with IUI.
You are a perfect candidate for IUI because of long liquefaction time and ejaculation problem of partner.
So don't delay the process and opt for the same.
Wish you all the best.
