Dear as you have not mentioned your weight and height so your required total energy expenditure in a day can not be calculated.
Also from your wright and height your total body mass index can be known so I can suggest you accordingly wether you should increase your weight or decrease your weight after knowing your BMI..I would also like to know that what do you eat in breakfast,lunch and dinner.

As your BMI is within normal range you dont need to increase or decrease weight.For wellness it is necessary that you have sound health and enough energy to do your work without tiresome.To boost up energy it is necessary that wether you are getting right proportion of vitamins ,minerals ,carbohydrates ;protein and fats.
Increase complex carbohydrates ,protein in your diet in form of oats,flakes,brown rice and bread.Protein can be taken in form of milk,egg protein ,meat.Increase fruits and green vegetables in your diet.Complex carbohydrates help maintaining weight and good proportion of energy in body for long time so no need to crave for having food again and again in a day.
Do not let your stomach empty more than 3 hours.Divide your meal in 6 meal plans.For example if you are taking breakfastat 8.00am then have some fruit salad or vegetable salad after two hours and so on.In mid meal you can have sprouts,fruits,dry fruits especialy wallnuts etc.This meal plan will help you increase and mantain your wellness.
