Brief Answer:
Maxtra will be better
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to this forum.
Can understand your concerns.
Maxtra syrup will be better than alerid for cold. You can give it three times a day for 3 days.
Vitcofol is a iron syrup, it is prescribed when the child has low hemoglobin. I suggest you to tell the hemoglobin level so that i can tell you whether to give vitcofol or not.
To increase immunity, you can give a multivitamin syrup for 1 month.
I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.
