How To Improve Sperm Motility?
Question: Hello Doctor,
I did a semen analysis yesterday. They informed me all is normal. My count was around 50 million, the motility a+b was 60 percent. All normal.
However, I wish to improve my sperm motility. Can you suggest me any medicines or drugs available in XXXXXXX that improve motility. I will also try to improve it via diet- that is more brocolli, sweet potatoes, e.tc
