How To Increase Immunity In 3 Years Kid?

My daughter is 3 years and 3 months old (almost). I have 2 questions for you:
1. She started school in 2022 and since then she has continuous cold. She develops cold, it takes 2-3 weeks to go away, and within 3 days of her being fine, she gets cold and runny nose again. Whenever she has school holidays, she is all well. But as soon as she resumes school, this cycle begins again. I was hoping as she will develop immunity, this will cure itself, but it's been 9 months now, and this cycle isn't stopping. What should I do to address this situation?
2. She used to be able to walk with us easily for 2+ kms in a day. But recently she doesn't want to go for walks or cycling and complains that she is tired after 200-300 mts of walking. Could this be a deficiency of some vitamins? She doesn't spend any time in the sunlight and is not on any iron or vitamin D supplements at this time. She does eat milk, dairy, roti, and fruits everyday, but doesn't eat much vegetables. It's been very difficult to make her eat vegetables of any kind apart from cucumber. How do we solve for this?
Thanks.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for reaching to us
1. Yes nowadays kids fall sick after school days mainly because of lack of immunity as a result of Covid lockdowns which restricted regular schooling for many months . You can get Flu vaccine every year to help in stimulating her immunity to seasonal flu viruses .
2. Could be vitamin d , iron calcium deficiency.
You can get CBC, Vitamin d levels and IGE AND AEC . The last two are for allergies which can cause recurrent cold symptoms .
Do consult your doctor and discuss these while she gets examined to identify any other investigations which may be needed
3. Persistence with leading by example by taking vegetables and fruits as a family meal will help her improve intake . Maybe decorating salads with cartoon shapes may help too
