Repeated cold attacks are common in kids upto 6 years of age.
Immunity develops as body is exposed to these infections periodically.
My suggestions to improve immunity
1. Flu vaccine every year to prevent seasonal flu attacks.
2. Complete all vaccinations as per schedule including so called optional ones ( now all Vaccines are recommended, nothing is optional)
3. Plenty of fruits and vegetables to boost immunity and resistance levels.
4. Products like laktrum which I prescribe to my patients can help in boosting immunity.
I advice to take one scoop in one glass milk daily for a month.
