Question: Hi I want to know that my age is 19+ & my height is 5'0. So I want to increase my height . So what can I do for increasing height without any side effects?

My advice is as follows:
After 19 years of age growth does not happen in height but there are rare chances
These tests can help to know if there is possibility of growth of height:
-Random serum growth hormone (GH)
-Macimorelin test

Diet chart from nutritionist and few studies in ayurvedic homoeopathic shows results of increase in height.
Regular exercise also helps.
