I am not surprised at all by your reaction. Human sexuality is an extremely complex subject ,very poorly understood by all. Master & XXXXXXX of USA were the pioneers of scientific research who gave us principles of sex therapy which are so relevant today. These have to be modified according to the sociocultural norms prevailing. There are three stages of treatment - non demanding non genital sensate focus exercises, second is genital sensate focus exercises and final is intercourse . The principle is shifting the focus away from penetration, performance and
pregnancy to pleasure, knowing your own and partner needs and areas of arousal. Once you try to explore ways to receive and give pleasure ,without involvement of genitalia, you will be shocked to know further that there is so much more to get from love making than just the act of penetration and pregnancy. This is the reason I have advised you these exercises to reduce you performance
anxiety and let you explore the pleasure of being together with your partner in the most natural way. Try these, these are time tested things ,you will not regret it except if there are certain psychiatric comorbidity like
OCD. for example, in your case, if despite trying everything, you can't get rid of the idea that she is your relative and producing extreme anxiety, then you may need medicinal help otherwise you should be fine.
