Question: To ANDROILOGIST .... i have done semen analysis I have got less sperm count and I want to increase it.What are my chaces

This is the first time I have done analysis and doctor also said there is also some varicose present he said after doing Doppler test

Yes, there is a chance to improve thwe sperm count with supplements like selenium, coenzyme Q etc which usually come in combination with other important vitamins and minerals.

One such brand is Cap CoQ30 taken once daily at night after food for minimum 3 months amd recheck the semen analysis to see the benefits.

Please share the scan that shows varicocele for better analysis.

He did not give me any reporton varicose .He has prescribed be siphene m and evion . Can u suggest me any company coq3 present . Can u recommend me any diet I need to take
