Question: Dear Doctor, My wifes vaginal hole is narrow. so the penetration of penis in sex is difficult. even i cant penetrate my two fingers into her vagina at a time. we dont have children till now. my age is 34 and her is 32.please guide us.

There are certain things you can do to increase the vaginal introitus size:
1. She can insert one lubricated finger of her's twice daily for a week. Then repeat with 2 fingers.. Repeat the same with the husband's finger first with 1 finger and then with 2 finger.. Have intercourse after foreplay and after applying KY jelly onto vagina..
2. Secondly you can use varying size of dilators first with small size and increase the dilator size till the opening becomes big enough to insert 2 fingers..
