Question : I am 51 years old and I have never had children. I want to induce lactation and start breastfeeding as a wet nurse. I am seeking information who to contact to donate the breast milk to or how to go about seeking out someone who needs a wet nurse. Any thoughts on web site or person to contact?

Brief Answer: difficult Detailed Answer: Hello, What you propse may be easy to theorise but difficult to put in action. Breast milk secretion is a process completely ruled by hormones. High levels of prolactin in tje body causes secretion of breast milk. Another hormone called oxytocin is responsible for lettin down that milk. Now both these hormones are naturally found in the body o ly during pregnancy. At age 51, your blood hormone levels will be at the least peri menopausal, if not post menopausal. With these blood hormone levels, its impossible to achieve production of breast milk.
