
How To Keep BP Under Control?

Question: I have been taking losartan potassium(50mg-12.5mg) and the blood pressure is 118/87. The diastolic pressure is always in the upper 80s . Is this ok?

The diastolic pressure goes to 90s sometimes. Is this also ok?
