How To Know Conception Date?
Question: Hi, I have a pregnancy question. I had my period around March 10th. Had unprotected sex after that every weekend, the last encounter being March 31rst. On that specific encounter he didn't orgasm and I took the morning after pill 8 hrs later. On April 5th, 5 days after the last encounter I took a at home pregnancy test, and it came back positive. On April 18th, I had an ultrasound and she dated me at 5 weeks 4 days. Just curious, what are the chances it was the March 31rst encounter?
Brief Answer:
Not likely due to 31st march encounter.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The home pregnancy test is positive at least 10 days after the ovulation or conception. Since your home pregnancy test was positive on 5th April you must have conceived on or before 26 th march.
As per ultrasound scan also your last period date is near 10th march and the conception is between 24th - 28th march.

So e didn't orgasm, and I took morning after pill, so it was not his sperm.....
Detailed answer please
Brief Answer:
Details below.
Detailed Answer:
Even if there was no orgasm pregnancy can happen due to precum.
Taking morning after pill within 24 hours of unprotected sex gives you a 97% protection.
But urine pregnancy test is never positive within 6 days of conception.
So conception by 31st march episode is unlikely.
