How To Know The Conception Date?

Question: Hi, I had my period starting march 10th, I had unprotected sex on March 31rst, he didn't orgasm, and I took the morning after pill 8 hrs, and 5 days later on April 5th, I took pregnancy test and was positive. Had an ultrasound yesterday and it measured me at 5 weeks 4 days. Just making sure the March 31rst encounter couldn't have been the time I conceived?

Brief Answer: No way. You were already pregnant by 31st march. Detailed Answer: Hi, Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns. It is not possible that the March 31st encounter made your pregnant because 1) You will be 20 days (2 weeks 6 days) pregnant by sonography and not 5 weeks 4 days. 2) Pregnancy tests are positive only after 4 weeks minimum and not in 5 days. 3) He did not orgasm as you said. 4) You took the morning pill within 72 hours ( you took it at 8 hours ) So no way the march 31st encounter would have lead you to conceive.
